Everyone needs different types of support in their personal weight
loss journey. I am not a nutritionist but I can help you learn ways
to make the small changes and modifications in your eating habits
that will help you lose weight. I can provide you with the support
and the knowledge that you can make the changes that will create the
body and the life that you want. I'm available to meet in person,
with groups, on the phone or even through email support. I recommend,
but it's not required that this be combined with creating an exercise
